Investors benefit from yields of over 6% from rents and a market appreciation of over 40%, results made possible due to complete control over the entire development cycle.
The Fund owns 24% of Ananda Residence Phase II (approximately 400 apartments and 900 parking spaces) located on 9 Biruinței St., Popești-Leordeni and 25% of the Biruinței 75 project (approximately 800 apartments), a project to be launched shortly.
Ananda Residence Phase II is characterized by modern finishes, generous green spaces, photovoltaic panels, charging stations for electric vehicles, underground and above-ground parking, and is only ~1.2 km (≈15 minutes) from the Berceni metro station.

Yield depends on the amount invested and the duration of the placement. Investments can start from 1,000 EUR and can reach over 50,000 EUR. The yield is adjusted based on the amount and period of the investment. The final value is established following the discussion and the signing of the investment commitment.
