Construction progress for blocks 3, 4, and 5

Block 4 – foundation works in progress
Block 4 is in the foundation execution phase:
- The reinforcement is being installed and the formwork is being prepared;
- The concrete pouring for the foundation will begin on 5 august 2025.
This stage is essential for ensuring a durable load-bearing structure.
Block 3 – site preparation and foundation
At Block 3, works are in the excavation phase for the underground levels:
- The general excavations have been completed;
- Work is underway on leveling the foundation layer, preparing the ground for the foundation.
This block is set to enter the foundation pouring stage shortly.
